Description: 8G005YT fully restored. Recapped and aligned it works and receives on all bands. Use the included Wavemagnet antenna for local AM. For the Shortwave Bands, the telescoping antenna does work for very strong signals, as does the extra loop antenna, but an outside wire antenna is really needed for optimum performance. Radio is fitted with a Filter Pak which rebuilt the power supply. Search thru eBay and you can find the guy who offers these and get more details. All tubes are NOS or if not, at least test "as new" on my Hickok 6000 tester. Will also work on battery if you have or can construct the necessary DC voltages.
