It is the North American English release of the game, released for the DS in the US and Canada. This is the less common Not For Resale version of the game. It is an official Nintendo game made in Japan. The game is new and sealed, however it does show some signs of wear, there is a slight indentation mark on the back just above the Not For Resale, see 8th photo, as well as some general surface rub marks on the plastic, most noticeable on the front in one area, see 7th photo, overall still in pretty good condition (see photos for more detail about condition).
