Description: Never been opened. Verizon sales person "sold" us this unit claiming it was a Wi-Fi handset. When the box arrived Verizon said that we should have "known better" when we bought it that it was a wired desk phone with no wireless satellites. Service was cancelled and Verizon required that way keep the unit.
