What does Yarrow Tea taste like? Yarrow is a soft herb, like tarragon. The herb has a strong licorice-like aroma with a sweet flavor and a somewhat bitter and astringent finish. How to use/consume dried Yarrow Herb? Infusion/Decoction:Preparation: 1-2 teaspoons of herb are poured with 1/4 liter of boiling water, after 10 minutes strain.
