During inspection of the device, I noticed scuffs and scratches along the outside from previous use.(SEE PICTURES)All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.I was able to power on the device using an in-house standard power cable. (NOT INCLUDED)The screen is in good cosmetic condition, the display is bright, clear, and free of lines and dead pixels. There are noticeable scratches on the screen.When first powering on the printer it made a grinding sound and an error message appeared on the screen " issue 0031". After research I was able to fix the issue by placing the Extruder in the middle of the building platform until the error message disappeared. During testing I was able to see the build platform move UP/DOWN without issue, the Extruder move SIDE/SIDE/FRONT/BACK without issue.I was not able to test the printing capabilities of the printer due to the lack of a FILAMENT CARTRIDGE.The inside lights work, and the touchscreen on the display is tested to be working.No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer.
