Description: Up for auction is a vintage Circa WWII U.S. Canvas Shipping/ Mailing Bag roughly 20" x 12" x 4". Also known as a Val-Pak, it was used by service personnel during WWII to store/send their clothes and personal effects home from boot camp. Included is an original shipping label with period U.S. stamps. The label is removed for photographing and for protection during shipping. This bag is in great condition with very few signs of use with original straps and shipping label pocket. It comes from a smoke free home. Emailed questions promptly answered.
