Description: This is a WW1 Victory Loan Volunteer District seller organizer pin. The 5th Liberty Loan was first issued in April 1919, and the Roman numeral V quickly morphed the program into being called the Victory Loan. This pin would be worn by organizers, at the district level, of the volunteers who would sell these war bonds at various venues and events. A bit harder LL pin to find. The pin is 7/8" in diameter, and has a nice patina to the brass. I will ship it in a well padded envelope.
