This is an original postcard and not a copy or a reproduction. These were also made during WWII after the Allies liberated France. This is an excellent postcard for the fellow collector, researcher, or French Military or World War One enthusiast. These postcards originally belonged to a WWI Era French Vet. SIZE: Size is approximately 5.5 x 3.5 inches BACKGROUND: This is an excellent chance for you to pick up an original military related postcard from the 1914-18 timeframe. I bought these photos from dealers and other collectors in the USA, France and Germany over the last 25 years. It is time to thin down my collection and pass them on to other collectors. Military postcards are highly collectable and this is a chance for you to add this item to your collection. DESCRIPTION: I scan the front and rear of the postcard so the collector can see the complete image and condition of the postcard. Postcards could have age stains, handling, curling, age creases, corner creases, creases, pinholes, tears or writing. The back of the postcards could still have evidence of being affixed to a photo album, contain writing, and postage cancelation. Please see the scan to judge the condition for yourself and for more details. I lose the focus, and clarity in the JPG file transfer; scan is not as beautiful or focused as the actual image.
