Description: A very good looking World War One Studio Portrait of an Young British Infantryman Other Rank set within a very attractive Death Penny-style Circular Picture Frame A very substantial brass-work art deco-style frame measuring approx 6.5" across, the rear padding holding in the photo in place appears to be a modern replacement, however the quality sepia photo of the soldier is very much a period image. (Sadly we have been unable to identify his Regiment from the photo) A nice piece of World War One photographic history.. Thanks for looking..!
