Description: Up for sale is a VERY NICE example of a WW2 USN MK2 knife produced by Robeson Shuredge. It comes with an original USN MK2 period correct scabbard. The knife does not appear to have ever been used or sharpened, thereby retaining nearly 100% of its original factory "parkerizing". As can be seen from the photos, it has acquired some light spotting over its 80 year life. I have hit the blade with some "3 in 1 oil" using a terry-cloth rag, but have not attempted any other restoration activities. I would rather sell the knife with its acquired patina, than possibly removing the knife's original finish. This knife is a wonderful example of an original WW2 USN in its original unused condition.
