Woodrow Wilson "Woody" Crumbo (January 21, 1912—April 4, 1989) was, without doubt, one of the most influential Native American artist and individuals of the 20th century. As head of the art department at Bacone College, he was the leader of the Native art movement from coast to coast. He helped Thomas Gilcrease put together one of the great collections of Indian art anywhere. He played flute, danced, great storyteller, the list goes on. Probably more artricles are written about Crumbo than any Native, artist or not. He created paintings, serigraphs, etchings and sculpture. Please see photos for detail. We also have other Woody Crumbo art prints and original sketchings that were purchased at the same estate sale. We can combine shipping. No returns. View My Other Items For Sale Thank you!
