Description: Women’s long sleeved smocked baby doll top. Top has a square neckline and puffed sleeves. Fabric is a semi sheer chiffon like, print is a green and white gingham with flowers. In excellent pre owned condition with very minimal general wear. There are a couple minor loose threads (see pictures), otherwise no major flaws. Top appears to have been worn very little.
