NO BATTERIES The clock time hands work, and there is a button on the side and when you push it the dog TOTO comes out and barks. The directions say the dog should come out on the hour, I am not sure how to set it so he does, as of now, he DOES NOT COME OUT on the hour, only when you hit the side button. SO the cuckoo function DOES NOT WORK? HE only comes out when you manually hit the side button. This item does work but not the Cuckoo part?? Please watch video I included with pictures.
