Description: VTG 1970'S CAST METAL 2 OWLS BELT BUCKLE BOUWERIE LANE CRAFT GUILD. VINTAGE 1970'S CAST METAL OWL BELT BUCKLE. MADE BY BOUWERIE LANE CRAFT GUILD. MADE IN N.Y. GOOD CONDITION. Buckle only, no belt. A high relief owl on branch tops this vintage 1960s era heavy brass belt buckle. The owl has finely defined features and the background has a bark texture. It is of deep darkened color with some golden color coming through. The back is signed "Bouwerie Lane Craft Guild". This buckle measures approx. 2 7/8 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches long x 5/8 inch deep and weighs approx. 158 grams. The hardware can fit belts up to 2 1 3/4 inches wide. There is vintage age wear to this piece with expected surface wear and patina. It has a nice heavy weight and is in very sturdy, excellent condition.
