How to prepare sea moss gel: 1.Separate the amount of sea moss that you wish to prepare (a 2”or 3” piece for 6-8oz of gel) place into a bowl. 2. Remove any debris and thoroughly rinse the sea moss several times. After rinsing place into a mason jar with a lime wedge (or 1 Tbs lime juice)and alkaline or filtered water to covering 1-2” over the sea moss. Leave on the counter to re hydrate for 6-10 hours. 3. Drain the sea moss and pour out most of the water (reserve to make your gel or use it for other things, look it up on Youtube. 4. Remove the sea moss and place it into a strong blender with some of your reserved water. Pulse/blend until smooth adding water as needed to make a smooth gel -but too much will make your gel watery. Return to the fridge and it will fully set in 2-4 hours. Store product in a jar in your fridge for up to 14 days. Take 1-2 Tb per day with applesauce, smoothie or other food.
