The Pears were hand picked, at much peril, from wild cactus plants. The juice was carefully extracted and the Jelly was made in a commercial kitchen 24 in Garland, Texas. The pear juice is not diluted giving it an unparalleled flavor and dark color. We have been producing this Jelly in our home kitchen for several years for friends and family.
