Description: Hello and Welcome to the Textile Trunk! A lovely vintage French white floral curtain panel, dating from the late 1700s to early 1800s. Wonderful silk and cotton floral and fern damask design! There is so much lovely sturdy GORGEOUS and early fabric on this curtain that would also be perfect for other projects!! This fabric is a medium weight. I simply adore the small scale design and the feel of these older textiles! There are some small metal curtain rings remaining at the top for hanging. This drape would be ideal for curtains, decorative pillows, framing, design inspiration etc. The gorgeous hand-worked bobbin lace trim is damaged on this piece, please see the condition below. ~ *~ MEASUREMENTS : ~ This curtain measures approx. 57 inches wide (61.5 inches wide including the lace) by 108 inches long. The gathered top is 41 inches wide. ~ CONDITION : This fabric is freshly laundered, simply hand wash and hang to dry. There is a gently worn surface texture. The lace is damaged in sections and in those areas the side edge of the curtain may also be thin, damaged, or have small holes. There may be a few small pale marks or a few tiny holes on the body.
