Must have been a very early related movie projection item possibly from the early days of silent movies. The tage just reads Ferreegraph Picture Transmission Corporation, New York. Made In USA. One on side there is a base for a light bulb. On other side is a 301A tube. Not sure if it is correct tube in there. All meters work and move freely. Beyond that, everything is untested.
