NOTE: These drives are affected by the 3.3v power pin issue so that when connected via SATA power cable they don't show up in Windows (its blocked by drive firmware). The fix is to either use a SATA to Molex adapter (Molex not affected by issue) or to cover the offending pin on the drive's power connector.
