Aesthetically, the 690 unit is used but in solid shape - no cracks, no chips, no gouges, no writing or etching, no stickers or property tags and no signs of abuse. Aesthetically, there is some glossy finish along the edges of the face that is not present in other areas - see pix. You will receive the exact unit pictured. Probe & Reservoir are UNUSED in SEALED OEM Package. Unit has been tested - as shown. I got a reading of 98.1 and according to Wiki avg human temp is anywhere from 97.7-99.5 - so it is reading within those parameters. Unit will require 3 AA batteries (not included).
