This will increase your HP by as much as 20hp and by far is the best bang for the buck mod for your MINI. The WMW pulley has a few advantages over others on the market. 1. it is all stainless steel so no rusting or corroding2 The 2 piece design makes install easy and keeps proper alignment without having to press it on3 WMW pulley has larger lips on the front and back similar to the original pulley design to aid in holding the belt during install and keep it fully engaged4 has extra holes in it to reduce weight5 center hole larger to verify install as you can see the supercharger shaft mate to the face of pulley The 17% pulley will gain you a little more low end than a 15%, thus good for street and Auto Cross use, but we don't recommend it for track use or any use that will stay at high RPM for long periods of time. Installing this pulley will NOT cause a check engine light or any other failures as this is by far the most common mod any MINI owners do. WMW has personally installed over 600 of them without failure.This will fit ALL Supercharged MINI Coopers, does not fit any other models.Keep in mind you will need to have the proper tool to press the original pulley off or a professional shop do it for you.
