Dated 1954 it commemorated $1 billion of Life Insurance in Force. 2 1/2" across, it is marked on the back with an emblem and "Genuine Bronze." Take a close look at the photos - what you see is what you get. Note spots on the front of the medallion - I don't know if they will come off or not but I decided to let you deal with them. I will pay postage.
