International orders are rarely tracked and ship via First Class USPS. They should take 2-4 weeks, with 2 weeks being average. If you've supplied us with the wrong address (Quickly shoot us an email with the new address but keep in kind we ship within 24 hrs and it may have already shipped) we are not responsible for replacing your order, however, we'll gladly reship it to the new address if its returned to us.
