This copy is First Edition/3rd Printing and is signed by Walter Breen on the title page. The book overall is in excellent cosmetic condition and doesn't appear to have had much use, but unfortunately there is some pretty heavy partial splitting to the binding at the title page which is why this is graded as acceptable condition. The book is still usable in the current condition, but may need to be handled with a little extra care as to not make the splitting worse. The dust jacket only has some light scuffs and scratches from storage and finger smudges. The outside of the book, itself, only has some light bump wear in a few spots. Inside there is no writing or markings to any of the pages besides the author's inscription and signature, as well as no bends or folds to any of the pages.
