Description: Walker Turner Special Bearing KitTo replace upper/lower bearings on Drill Press Pulley and Spindle Includes quantity (2) New extended race (ER) ball bearings for Walker Turner designed drill presses including the Radial Ram Drill Press. Our ER bearings are special ordered to OEM specification with double seals lubricated for life, ABEC-1 international bearing quality standard, and the special extended race. The extended race is manufactured to produce a light interference fit with the original spindle pulley. We also include quantity (2) New 0.625” bore sealed ABEC-1 bearings for replacement of original 70336 or 6202-10 bearings used on Walker Turner Series 700 / 900 / 1200 / 1300 / Radial Ram and post 1956 Rockwell versions of the 1200/1300/Radial Ram. Installation instructions are included, with easy procedure for ensuring a light interference fit on older spindles using the obsolete SKF 70336 bearing. We’ve installed over a thousand of these bearings since we opened our service business in 1999 with excellent results. [Other reference items shown for clarity in photos such as pulleys, spindle, table, lighting, air in room, etc... are NOT included with the bearings and are not described as being included with this listing] Note that the ER bearings are universal for use on top or bottom of pulley. Rockwell International continued to use this bearing in it’s Walker-Turner Division drill presses through 1961, and the Radial Ram drill press until 1976. Removal of your old pulley bearings require skilled use of specialty bearing removal tools to avoid damage to the pulley. NEVER attempt to pry the old bearings as this will most likely break the pulley. We do provide bearing remove/replace service if needed – please inquire as this service is not included with this listing.
