Returned Packages - Sometimes packages might get returned to us for a variety of reasons. These might include incomplete / incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or other reasons. When this happens the return process is unfortunately very long. The package will get sent back to the main shipping hub before being sorted and sent to our local post shop. As a result, the return process for a package like this can sometimes take 3-4 weeks before the package can be retrieved and resent out. If the reason for the return was the buyers fault (incomplete address for example), there will be a return fee associated with having the package sent back to us and we will then have to charge again to have it resent back out. This situation rarely happens (less than 1%) but it does happen once in a while. These notes are simply as a disclaimer and for your knowledge.
