Plates of Waco University and Waco Female College. Paste downs are advertisements with more interior ads on the interior. Front and rear covers have wear and are attached by the tape spine repair. The interior pages remain tight. Erasure and a missing (owner's label)? Below the prior owner's signature. The is a stamp on the lower margins of pages 43 and 116 “Texas Coll”. Very light soiling and staining on the interior. Pages 42/43 have the worst staining and they are the exception as the vast majority of the pages are excellent condition. I understand only two other copies have ever come up for auction.
