The porcelain is vintage ...20th century???? The pinback and bail appears more modern. Love that you can wear it as a pin or on a necklace of your choosing. It is absolutely beautifully painted with pretty colors. It appears to have gold detailing on the flowers as well as around the edge of this pendant. It is in good preowned condition.
