He has big blue eyes with eyelashes and rosy cheeks! Gold braid epaulets and chinstrap complete his uniform. His head is a soft plastic and it can move from side to side! There are small spots of damage to the felt on the bottom of both legs, one in the front, the other in the back. This boy has his hanger.
