Very full circle skirt with a total length of about 22”. Made in USA - possibly 70s-80s? In good shape overall but elastic is worn and needs replacing - lots of fabric bunched at the waistline and could possibly be repaired to a larger size. There is a hole in waist for the elastic to fit through so should be an easy fix. There are two spots where there are holes/separation of the layers. See last photos for details.
