Description: For Sale is a: Beautiful vintage framed oil painting. This has a beautiful wooden ornate gold frame with raised flowers, and the painting is of flowers and signed in the lower right corner "Rocca". The back has a sticker that says "Original Oil Painting." And there is an attached light to enhance the painting. This frame is about 16" X 14" and the actual picture area is about 8" X 10". I used a flash for some of the pictures, which is why some are lighter than others. There is a handwritten number 907-112M-7706, which I don't know what it means. Please see all the pictures as they are a big part of my description. Note: I insure ALL my lamps, NO extra charge to customer!! Because we sell almost all vintage items, they are sold "AS IS," and we always state if it is in working condition. Combined shipping - I am more than happy to combine shipping, if at all possible, but the buyer needs to request it. Returns - As for returns, I am only human so if I make a mistake in my listing and what you receive is not what I described in my listing I will be happy to issue a full refund (after item is returned). BUT I am sorry, I am not a big retail store that can afford to accept returns just because a customer changed their minds after winning an auction. You see we that sell on eBay have to pay the fee's rather you pay or not so for that reason I will have to file a unpaid claim for people just deciding they can find a better deal or just change their mind.
