Description: This adorable vintage 70's Nanette baby dress is missing the size tag, but I am guessing it is 3-6 months. It was made in the mid 70's. The dress is in good vintage condition, with diaper cover, lined with vinyl. I think it would be adorable on a big baby doll. The dress has buttons at the back, and has an attached white lining slip with a ruffle. The bodice looks like a pleated white blouse with puff sleeves. The elastic may be a little loose on the sleeves. The diaper cover has a few popped stitches, and the leg elastic has stretched out. Measurements are: 9 1/2" across chest from armpit to armpit 9" from center front neck to hem 17" around waist of diaper cover. Adorable dress is sold as-is in this vintage condition. Thanks!
