Description: VTG Industrial Metal Document Storage Box, Label Holder Drawer Pull w/ latch. Vintage steel boxes with green paint. Some boxes show signs of extreme wear, rust and pitting. Others are not as distressed. The green color and rusty patina give it a unique character that adds to its charm. Durable metal construction has shown it has withstood approx 50 years of use. The metal boxes have a label holder on the front but the box opens from the side. Letter size documents and file folders fit perfectly in the box with room to spare. In each box is a sectioned off space to keep smaller items separate from the paper. Use for pens, staples, rubber bands, small scissors, etc. Please see photos for the best description of the metal box. This specific box, has a separation of the metal pieces that designate the small side area. See close up photo. These have been used, scratched, have dents, bumps, abrasions, rust and dust. I have NOT cleaned these boxes at all, as I don't want to ruin the patina. In an effort to keep costs down, we recycle and reuse packaging for shipments.
