Description: Here is a lovely and understated Little Black Dress from the 1940s or early 50s in Rayon Crepe. The TO DIE FOR V-Neckline with a gentle curve is the kind of detail that makes us love Vintage. I'm calling it a Petite Large--waist hits high, but please see photos with measurements. It has satin trim: three stripes with little bows on the front bodice, and six subtle satin stripes that encircle the skirt. There are 2 belt loops (belt in photos is for display only, not included). Side metal zipper allows a beautiful fit (and works perfectly). Skirt has a gentle swing, hangs gracefully--so flattering! There is no label but I don't think this dress was made at home. Fabric is lovely and strong; dress has weathered the years well. Wearable condition (as with all Vintage, just wear gently:). This is an elegant little black dress to love. Please see photos, read everything and let me know if you have questions. Thank you!
