Description: This is an elegant plate produced in Bavaria, Germany, between the years 1946-1949, as determined by research pertaining to the backstamp. My brother sent this plate home to my mom when he was stationed there while in the U.S.ARMY. It has been very well cared for, displayed in the back of her china cabinet for many years. There is some wear on the blue band and the gold accent, as shown in the photos. The pattern features two classical women in the woods on a snowy day, starting a fire. This plate measures 8 3/8" in diameter, and has no chips, repairs, or crazing. Please use the zoom feature on the photos to look it over.Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance, within the United States.Thank you for considering this item.
