Description: For sale is a vintage antique "Original GSB Improved Trademark" black coffin style wooden violin case box. Inner measurements are: 30-3/4" long, 9" at its lower bout, 7" at its upper bout, and 5-1/2" at its waist. There is a logo on the bottom, but it's very faint. I only know what it says by comparing it to other pictures. Pre-owned condition. Shows some a lot of signs of wear from age and use. Outer surface has a lot of scratches and scuffs. One hook hardware is missing. Has some dried tape glue remnants on the side. Lid is slightly wobbly and the hinges may need tightened. No cracks. The inside shows a lot of wear. Some of the cardboard pieces have come unattached and may need repaired. One of the bow latches is missing. Key is missing. Please see photos for more details. Photos are part of the description.
