Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for an Angel Dog vtg lithographed and framed poster by N.A. Noel Inc. The poster has a stamp on right corner of picture which authorizes it as officially Nancy Noel lithograph picture print. The picture is double matted in blue and mauve. A light white colored tiered frame. The backside shows it was professionally framed by Art and Frame Express, Springfield Mall. The frame has a few nicks showing natural wood color. The top in wood tier part, more on right side, some scuffs. A few white paint drips on bottom in tiers, maybe made that way. As I found it, it can have scuffs in back corners, a marker on backside backing 12G. Scuffs, plastic shelf pieces missing on bottom where there is sticker residue. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Frame is 21.5" X 19.5" X 1. Picture is 13.75" X 11.75"
