Fabric is a soft chiffon tulle over an acetate lining. This was modeled over a crinoline to showcase the fullness of the skirt. Condition: Has a hole on interior waistband (can't be seen on outside) Acetate lining of skirt, waistband, and back bows are “galaxy” multicolored various hues of purple/blue due to how the dye has aged.
