The only thing I see wrong is one of the latches that holds the lid on is loose. It still stays in place, but it does slide in and out. I think a little glue would probably fix it but I left that up to the experts to fix it. There is one pack of recipes that has never been opened and there is even 2 handwritten recipes included. I cannot say it is a complete set because I have no idea what a complete set is but there are many many delicious sounding cards that will thrill your guests you are feeding.
