It is two tone turquoise with a gold thread paisley design. The set, both top and skirt, are fully lined in silk. It is a most beautiful set that has no damage or issues. Well, other than the barcode label the cleaners decided to add. I can't believe they did that. It is heat sealed, so I can't get it off. Argh. The set is a regular size 10. It could be worn under a jacket, or all on it's own. The top could be worn over a blouse, or sleeveless. It has all kinds of possibilities. It was made in British Hong Kong. Lord and Taylor moved a lot of their clothing to British Hong Kong because of the fabric choices. In the 1940s' on Lord and Taylor made in British Hong Kong was highly desirable because of the quality of the clothes and fabric. It has a zipper side on the skirt and hooks and eyes, instead of a buttons.
