Description: Vtg 1960's Chinese Opera Doll Female Elaborate Hair Ornaments Costume The Romance Of The Jade Bracelet We are the original owners from our extensive doll collection. This doll is in great condition. Just a beautiful collector piece. Truly an unbelievable work of art. Hand painted face. She is adorned in a stunning costume with tremendous detail. Her hair ornaments/decorations are so beautiful, soft, delicate and intricate. The female is holding a beautiful "handkerchief". Her facial features are soft and so expressive. The base is covered in a slate blue velvet. On the base there are Chinese symbols that translates to "Pick Up Jade Bracelet". This is actually the name of a Chinese Opera "The Romance of the Jade Bracelet". Also a label with the number 240 on it. Please see the photos to complete the description.
