Eddy did a great job on designing the Voron Tridex, but after assembling our first one we noticed there were still quite a few things missing to make a truly complete kit, and quite a bit of work that was still required to get 24/7 reliable prints. Our kits include everything you need to get your Tridex up and running (except hotends and printed parts unless ordered also), while giving you 24/7 reliable prints in the true Voron fashion. If you have zero prior experience, expect there to be a lot to learn/google/tinker. For example, even though our kits have the parts organized per step in the manual, we have yet to redo the Trident manual to include the difference between the Trident and the Tridex (coming early next year), so having to go between the Trident manual and the Tridex included documents can be a bit confusing, especially for those times that the Tridex instructions don't have a lot of details. Our kits include T-Slot extrusions which are NOT MISUMI extrusions, mainly due to the additional cost that is just not worth it from our testing. The thumb drive will include the file needed to better center the rails on the extrusions (not required but recommended). The main difference between the extrusions is ours will require M6 screws, while MISUMI use M5 screws but function all the same. Our stock photos use corner cubes, but we unfortunately do not offer them at this time due to clearance issues we had building with them. If you order the kit before December, blue threadlocker and Super Lube will not be included. The bearings, pulleys, idlers etc. may arrive with minor surface scratches due to being shipped in the same bag as other metal parts and is completely normal and does not affect the functionality of the parts at all. We have included several free upgrades to this Ready-To-Ship model ($200 value: Keenovo heating pad, Blackout Edition, Rain&Dew bearings, Omron SSR from Digikey, installed dual hotends) and a discount due to it being the first one we've assembled with these specific parts, so it's a bit rough around the edges and it will only include the shown printed panels and NOT the ACM panels, along with acrylic panels that were cut with a saw and NOT a CNC machine (a few sides aren't perfectly flat but do not affect the enclosure). For example, the M6 screws used for the corner cubes had to be shaved down in order for all 3 screws to fit inside the corner cubes (not visible with the corner cube caps though). Also, the printed parts on this Ready-To-Ship model aren't Voron perfect since we were still honing down all the print settings for them to be ganged up on 1 print (some may have a slight elephants foot, or slight lifting of the corners that were touched up in Photoshop). Although this Ready-To-Ship Voron uses all brand new parts, we did run 1 test print on it to make a video. For example, if you are cost focused and want to spread out the cost of the machine over the course of several months, we can create a custom kit that doesn't include any motors, panels or electronics that should reduce the cost in half but still allow you to assemble the bulk of the machine (we are working on a Bare Bones kit that will be posted at some point in Nov/Dec). RETURNSDue to the complexity of this kit and the 100's of pieces this kit comes with in dozens of different ziplock bags, we do not offer returns at this moment in time. We do ensure that every part you need is included and in working order and for whatever reason there is something that is missing or not working correctly, we will do whatever we can to get your machine up and running. Make sure to be EXTRA careful with all of the boards, plugging things in wrong (or incorrectly setting up the octopus) can short the boards which we cannot replace free of charge if there are signs of them being fried. We have done everything we can to mitigate this risk (labeled wiring harnesses) but not clearing the area of rogue wire ends before turning the machine on can still cause an expensive short.
