Description: Vintage Silite fiberglass cafeteria dining tray in very good condition, no chips or cracks. Tan, 14" x 18", with the blue design imprinted into the tray and featuring the words "Mr. Smorgasbord" along with his figure/caricature. Mr. Smorgasbord was a popular all you can eat buffet in Chicago, IL in the 1960's/70's. The tray has some wear marks especially on the bottoms (no aggressive attempt at cleaning off the marks other than with water has been made).More are available.
