Description: It is a wonderful painting and it is signed in the lower right hand corner however, I am unable to make out the signature? it looks like it may be dated from the 1920s but the date is hard to read also so I’m not certain? It has a heavy thick paint and is in overall good condition and is nicely framed and ready to hang. It is painted on Art board and the only minor flaw that I can see is it may have a slight wave to it. It’s hard to tell if it’s an American scene or European I’m guessing the latter. Any help identifying the artist would certainly be appreciated. It measures approximately 22 x 18” framed and the viewable image size is approximately 19 1/22 by 15 1/2”. Thanks for your interest.
