I've not seen another one of these TV's sell with the original DC power pack!Unfortunately, the power cord is missing to test it out. So, it's being sold for parts only. It does have the tinted plastic screen protector included. There are some minor scratches and scuffs to the set. It is also pretty dirty, it's been in storage for many years.
