I'm pretty sure it's a blue coat with beautiful braided detail around collar and cuffs. The cover photo is closest to the actual color. Fully lined. Unfortunately no size or fabric tags so pls check measurements. I'm a size 18 and its just a smidge small for me. So, I'm gonna say up to a size 16. Love the buttons!! All in tact. Just dry cleaned.
