Description: This is a vintage wooden gavel with a silver metal clover/shamrock and is engraved with the name Vesta Bronson. The wood, aged silver and brown color add to its rustic charm. The exact age of the gavel is unknown, however we do know that the owner was Vesta Bronson. She was a school teacher for 31 years and passed in 1996. I purchased the gavel from Vesta's daughter's estate (Kathleen Maxson). All of the history is not know, but we do know quite a bit of its history. Size 7 1/2" long, 2" wide I would be happy to answer any questions.
