Description: This is lovely urn shaped 7-1/2" handled vase that was hand crafted at the Williamsburg Pottery Factory in Lightfoot, Virginia. This historic factory opened in 1938, and stopped making pottery in 2011. It is a salt glazed pottery piece with two rounded handles close to the neck. The opening is 3". A graceful, simple, blue branch of leaves curves up the front. The marking is imprinted on the side of the vase in a circular pattern. This piece looks vintage, and shows some age on the bottom, but I only know it was made prior to 2011. I would guess it's from the late 1970's to 1980's. It's in excellent condition, and displays beautifully! Thank you for your interest in my item!
