Description: For sale is an awesome Schutt first generation (Reverse strap) NJOP-DW football helmet facemask. This mask is white (Giants, Chiefs, etc.) and will only fit on helmets made to accommodate standard facemasks (AiR XP, VSR 4, etc.) This mask is extremely difficult to find!!! This is the exact style of mask that Lawrence Taylor wore for part of his career with the Giants.This mask is extremely rare due to the side hook ups. If you look you will notice that the little piece where the mask hooks onto the side of the shell is made out of two pieces and not one. After producing this mask this way for several years, Schutt switched to the one piece version around 1996 because the masks spread (widened out) very easily while the one piece variety proved to being much more sturdy. Locating this two piece version is very difficult to do. Shipping is $15.00 USPS Priority. I try to ship out within a day or two of having received payment.
