Description: Vintage brass plated desk lamp by Westwood Industries Inc. The shade measures 10" Across Simple On/Off switch. Lamp is not dimmable. Bulb included. Solid Gooseneck style, but the neck itself is not adjustable. The shade is adjustable, but doesn't have large range. Not sure age of lamp, but looking at the cord you can tell it is at least mid-century. Take a close look at the prongs on the plug in, they are equal size. Different sized prongs became standard in the 60s. Typical vintage wear. Brass plating seems to have worn away some at the cord. Decent wear at the corners of the octagonal base. Polished brass finish is still beautiful, lamp is tested and still functions. A nice heavy base for a solidly seated lamp you won't have to worry about tipping over. Please judge condition yourself by carefully inspecting photos. Item will be packed with bubble wrap and void fill (usually packing paper) in a solid box or bubble mailer for safe shipping.
